ABOUT ME / BIO
Hi, Iâm Claire, a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and womenâs health advocate.
For most of my life, I believed that smaller was better.
I spent years trying to shrink myself, both physically and emotionally.
I survived an eating disorder, and I lived for many years under the weight of depression and the fog of medication. I know what it feels like to feel disconnected from your body, to feel like youâre slipping away from yourself, to feel powerless.
And I know what it feels like to rebuild.
It wasnât more willpower, more restriction, or more punishment that changed my life.
It was movement â initially slow, steady, intentional movement that helped me come back to myself. Yoga gave me connection, presence and a way to feel again.
Strength training came later and has given me power, confidence and the sense that I could take up space in my own life.
Movement became the bridge that led me out of survival mode and into a life where I finally felt alive.
Today, I coach women in midlife who are ready to step into their strength, reclaim agency over their bodies, and build a future theyâre excited about. Not through quick fixes or aesthetics-driven pressure, but through evidence-based training, compassion, consistency and community.
I coach within scope - strength, yoga (Vinyasa, Yin, Bone Health, âNeuroYogaâ) and menopause-informed coaching - and I refer to trusted professionals when deeper support or specialised care is appropriate. Integrity matters. Safety matters. You matter.
